Guests can now purchase vouchers for a variety of unforgettable experiences, from indulgent brunches and curated set menus to stylish business lunches, signature cocktails, private cabana bookings, floating beds, and relaxing pool day passes.


These memorable experiences are just a few clicks away, all available through our online platform.


PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

    Choose from a wide variety of predefined F&B experiences. 

  • Wide Venue Selection
    Gift vouchers are available across 18 dining destinations at Atlantis. Each experience is clearly listed on our website and tied to a specific venue, for example, a Saffron Brunch or a Nobu Dubai Omakase Signature Menu.

  • Digital Convenience
    Gift vouchers are digital.

  • Language Support
    Gift vouchers are currently available in English.


Purchase & Payment

  • Accepted payment method: Credit/Debit Card

  • Payments are securely processed, in accordance with UAE regulations.

  • Guests will receive a confirmation email upon successful purchase.

  • For bulk corporate purchases, please contact our Revenue Team (email address to be announced).


Validity & Redemption

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher or package confirmation. 

  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on days with special menus (e.g., Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve).

  • They are redeemable on regular days when the experience is publicly available.

  • Guests can present either a digital or printed voucher, only the QR code is required for redemption.

  • Advance reservation is required. The F&B team has added dedicated tags for each venue in SevenRooms, allowing the Call Center team to tag "Gift Voucher" to the bookings. 

  • Expired vouchers are non-redeemable and non-refundable.

  • Reservations are required for every dining experience.

  • All inclusions are subject to availability at the time of booking.

  • Blackout dates or restricted periods may apply during peak seasons or special events.



Amendments & Cancellations

  • In case of a lost voucher or missing confirmation email, the process for recovery will be announced soon.

  • Gift vouchers are non-transferable between different experiences, as each QR code is unique to a specific offering.


Gifting Options

  • Vouchers can be easily emailed as gifts. 

  • Guests can also include a personalized message. 

  • Currently, scheduling future delivery of gift vouchers is not supported.
