Purchase & Payment

• Payments are processed securely in line with UAE regulations.

• A confirmation email is sent automatically upon successful purchase.

• For bulk or corporate purchases, contact details for the Revenue Team will be announced shortly.

Financial Wallet Terms

All financial wallet credits associated with the package are:

• Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher or package confirmation.

• Non-transferable and must be used within the specified validity period.

• Any unused balance will be forfeited upon expiry.

• Expired vouchers are non-redeemable and non-refundable.

Reservations & Availability

• Reservations are required for all dining experiences.

• All inclusions are subject to availability at the time of booking.

• Blackout periods or restrictions may apply during special events (e.g., Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve) or peak seasons.

• The F&B team has enabled dedicated tags in SevenRooms for proper booking tracking (“Gift Voucher” tag).

Re-Gifting & Resale Policy

This package is intended for personal use only.

To preserve the exclusivity of the offering:

• Re-gifting, resale, or transfer of any component (including wallet credits, vouchers, or experiences) is strictly prohibited.

• Atlantis reserves the right to cancel or refuse redemption in cases of misuse or unauthorized transfer.

Modifications & Substitutions

• Atlantis reserves the right to modify, substitute, or withdraw any element of the offering due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances.
• Where possible, a comparable alternative of equal value will be provided.
