For more intimate gatherings, CARBONE Dubai's Back Room seats up to 40 guests in an elegant, enclosed setting.

PRIVATE DINING
What are the different areas within CARBONE Dubai that can be booked for private or semi-private dining? What are these spaces called?
The Back Room can be booked for private dining. The space can accommodate 35 to 40 guests.
Can you share the floor plan or layout of the restaurant?
TBC: Marketing to liaise with Giorgio as he would have the most up to date layout. CAD file to be provided to marketing of final layout.
How many guests can be seated in each space?
Up to 40 guests can be seated in the Back Room.
Is there a minimum spend on private dining?
TBC: Yes, there will be a minimum spend; however, this is still being decided and will be determined post opening.
What is the cancellation policy for private dining reservations?
We kindly ask that any cancellation to your reservation to be made no less than 24 hours prior to your reservation. The 50% deposit on the private dining room will be applied on the card provided in case of late cancellation or no-show.
How far in advance do guests need to book private dining?
Private dining bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
Are children allowed in private dining areas?
Yes, children ages 13 and above are welcome until 12am.
Can special requests (e.g. music, cake, décor) be accommodated in private dining?
Special requests are generally not available for the private dining room. If you have a specific request, please share the details with us in advance, and our team will review and confirm whether it can be accommodated. Please note that music requests cannot be facilitated.
Can guests bring their own cake or wine? Are there corkage/cakeage fees?

Are there set menu options available for private events? Can they be tailored?
Yes, set menu is a must for all bookings above 8 guests. Guests will be able to create their own set menu from the à la carte selection, tailoring the dining experience to their preferences.
