This October, Atlantis The Royal’s Executive Pastry Chef Christophe Devoille partners with celebrated British Chef Alex Dilling, whose modern French creations have earned two Michelin stars in London.


For one weekend only, they present an Autumn Afternoon Tea that captures the season’s bounty - from delicate fruits to vibrant vegetables and aromatic herbs - transformed through refined artistry and culinary mastery. Hosted in the award-winning Royal Tearoom, it is an experience of elegance, indulgence, and seasonal discovery.

Delight in a meticulously curated selection of reimagined sweet and savory pastries that transcend ordinary indulgence, inviting you to savor the artistry of every bite. This special 2-day Four Hands event with Chef Alex Dilling will offer a luxurious menu celebrating the fruits, vegetables and herbs of the season.


This elegant experience is designed to be shared between two guests and is priced at AED 720 per set. The perfect way to unwind in style and celebrate the artistry of autumn. 


Special dietary requirements cannot be accommodated for this special set menu event.
