Christophe Devoille is the Executive Pastry Chef at Atlantis The Royal, where he brings decades of global experience, passion, and artistic precision to the world of pâtisserie. Born in Strasbourg, a city where French finesse meets German influence, Devoille discovered his love for baking at just 15 years old, creating cakes alongside his mother in their home kitchen. This early spark would shape a remarkable career dedicated to the art of pastry.


After graduating from pastry school, Devoille embarked on a journey across the world to refine his craft under the mentorship of some of the most respected culinary figures, including the legendary Alain Ducasse. His pursuit of excellence led him to prestigious kitchens in Europe, Asia, and beyond, gaining a reputation for his refined technique, creativity, and discipline. Notably, he played a key role as Executive Pastry Chef at the pre-opening of Wynn Palace in Macao, where he elevated the brand’s reputation for exquisite sweets, most famously, perfecting Wynn’s iconic macarons.


Now at Atlantis The Royal, Chef Christophe continues to wow guests with his exquisite pastry creations. His delicate desserts and artful confections are proudly displayed at the vitrine of The Royal Tearoom, where guests are invited to experience an elegant world of flavor and design. Whether indulging in a signature pastry or enjoying the thoughtfully curated Afternoon Tea, each bite tells a story of craftsmanship, innovation, and Chef Christophe’s lifelong dedication to pastry perfection.
