Wondergifts has entered into a direct partnership agreement with Atlantis and will no longer be purchasing or booking through Priohub.


Their reservations for Gastronomy at Atlantis The Royal will now be made exclusively via direct coordination with the Call Center and manually booked into SevenRooms.


Please Note: The agreement includes both Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, however, the current promotion is limited to Gastronomy. Integration with Atlantis The Palm will be implemented at a later stage.


Booking & Redemption Dates: 26th September 2025 - 14th May 2026

BOOKING PROCEDURE

  • Representatives from Wondergifts will contact the Call Center to provide booking details including guest name, date, time, and any special requirements.

  • Call Center colleague will manually record bookings in SevenRooms under the global tag “Wondergifts - Contract.

  • There is no maximum number of guests per booking.

  • There is no limit on the number of bookings per day or per week.

  • Confirmation emails will be sent to cs@wondergifts.com. Bookings will be considered confirmed upon receipt of these emails.

  • All amendments to bookings must be made exclusively by Wondergifts through the Call Center.

  • No payments will be collected during the booking process; financial settlements will be managed monthly between the respective finance departments.

  • Any additional charges incurred on-site will be settled directly by the guests.

ON-SITE PROCESS

  • Guests must present voucher/QR code or confirmation email at the venue.

  • Gastronomy staff will record proof of voucher or receipt and close transactions to account code PM 99009 for Finance processing.
