For the first time, La Mar Dubai presents an intimate 14-course tasting menu - a voyage through 200 years of Peruvian culinary evolution. 

The Journey is a deeply immersive and innovative experience by Chef Andree Núñez, served chef’s table style at our Cebiche Bar. 

Each course tells a story of migration, fusion, and creativity, brought to life through rare ingredients, refined techniques, and thoughtful presentation. From the bold flavors of Lima’s coast to the delicate notes of the Amazon, every dish reflects the cultural tapestry that defines Peru.

Enhance your experience with our signature beverage pairing, featuring a curated selection of fine wines, handcrafted cocktails, and house infusions, all chosen to elevate and harmonize each flavor.

AVAILABILITY

The Journey Tasting Menu is available on Thursdays and Fridays from October 24. Guests may request for it upon arrival, but we recommend mentioning it when booking to ensure the best experience.

The menu is only served Indoors, at the Cebiche Bar, with a maximum of 5 Guests per Night.

The Journey Tasting Menu:

• Beverage Pairing | AED 455 per Person

Half Board Credit: Applicable

• Guests can use their dining credit of AED 365/Adult, per night.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

• Reservations are required 48 hours in advance.
• Credit card details are required to confirm dinner reservations.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance prior to the reservation. 
• A charge of AED 150 per person will apply to the card on file in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Dress Code: Smart Casual

• Gentlemen are requested to wear the following:

• Tailored shorts, long trousers, or smart jeans

• T-shirts with sleeves

• Closed shoes

• UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is welcomed and considered appropriate for the venue.

• The following dress code are not permitted:

• Swimwear or beachwear

• Sportswear

• Sleeveless shirts

• Flip-flops

• Open-toed shoes (For gentlemen)

• Caps and hats

• Children must follow the same dress code as adults.

Table Holding Time:

• Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
• Guests arriving later than 15 minutes are requested to call the restaurant in advance.
• The reservation may be re-allocated to a later timing based on availability. 
• If no suitable timing is available, seating will be offered based on available tables upon arrival.
