AGE POLICY

The venue is family-friendly and welcomes guests of all ages.

OPERATIONAL HOURS

Guests can enjoy Atlantis, The Palm's stunning outdoor leisure facilities during the following hours. Please note, reservations for sun loungers and cabanas are available daily from 09:00 to 17:00.

Family Pool | 09:00 – 18:30

Designed with families and younger guests in mind.
Gradual depth starting from zero level up to 1.2 meters, ideal for children and non-swimmers.
Offers a lively and welcoming atmosphere for all age groups.

Palm Pool | 08:00 – 20:00

No age restrictions, all ages are welcome.
Constant depth of 1.2 meters.
Tranquil and relaxed setting, perfect for lounging.

Palm Beach | 07:00 – 18:00

No age restrictions, all ages are welcome.
800 meters of golden sand along the Arabian Gulf
Ideal for sunbathing, casual walks, or a refreshing dip.

Water refilling stations are available throughout the pool area.

Family Cabana (Suitable for 5 People) | AED 1,200 (50% Redeemable)

Includes the Gazeebo for Romantic Dinner which has the best view of Atlantis, The Palm. Please note that the fridge and the safebox are unavailable in this cabana.

Large Cabana (Suitable for 8 People) | AED 1,500 (50% Redeemable)

Indoor shower facilities are available at Palm Pool in two locations: near The Edge and The Shore. Each location has one male and one female shower, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is allowed in designated areas. Cigarettes are available on the premises; however, cigars and shisha are not offered.

ENTERTAINMENT

Around the pool and beach, guests can enjoy soothing background music that creates a relaxing and pleasant vibe.

Reservation Policies

For In-House Guests

Walk-in access is available for pool and beach use.
The allocation for sun loungers is on a first-come and first-served basis.
Cabana reservations are strongly recommended to ensure availability.

For Day Visitors / External Guests

Sun Loungers: Reservations are available through the website and through Call Centre. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cabanas: Reservations are available through the website and through Call Centre. Credit card details are required at the time of booking.
Same-day bookings can be made at The Edge via the Pool & Beach Team. Access would be subject to availability.
Guests who book breakfast at Saffron/Kaleidoscope or lunch at Bread Street Kitchen, Wavehouse, and En Fuego at Atlantis The Palm are eligible to have Sun Lounger Add-Ons during their reservation.

Cancellations & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Sun Loungers: Payments are non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show.
Cabanas: A fee of AED 150 per person will be charged to the card on file for late cancellations or no-shows.

Dress Code: Casual

Gentlemen are requested to wear the following:
Minimum of shorts
Shirts with sleeves
All types of closed shoes or sandals
Swimwear or Beachwear
UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is welcomed and considered appropriate for the venue.
Children must follow the same dress code as adults.
Swimming nappies are available for purchase from the retail

Holding Time

Reservations will be held for up to 30 minutes for all experiences. Guests are advised to contact the venue in advance in case of any delays.
