DOLPHIN MEET & GREET

Meet our dolphins from the edge of the lagoon and learn some interesting facts about their anatomy before you watch their fun and energetic playtime. Receive a complimentary printed photo and join a behind-the-scenes tour to see how we care for our dolphins.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Participants of the Dolphin Meet & Greet experience must arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”. 
• Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself 
• The maximum number per programme is 15 participants 
• This experience is for all ages. 
• All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above Children 2 years old and below has complimentary access 
• One complimentary printed photo per paid ticket will be provided after the experience  

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING 

• Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled event 
• 50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours before the experience time 
• 100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event 
• Rescheduling must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled time 
• A charge of AED 90 per person rescheduling fee will be applied if the request is within 24 hours of the booked experience Rescheduling request is subject to availability 
• No shows are charged at the full price of the booked experience
