DOLPHIN SWIM

Enjoy this unique deep-water programme where you will get a chance to swim and interact with the resident dolphins. With an exciting element of snorkeling in the deeper part of the beautiful lagoon, you can witness firsthand what some of the natural underwater behaviours look and sound like.

YOUR EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

• Wetsuits are provided and are required for your experience, lifejackets are optional

• 30 minutes check-in/changing/safety orientation with a Marine Mammal Specialist

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Participants of the Dolphin Swim experience must arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”. 
• Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself 
• This experience is for confident swimmers aged 8 and above. 
• All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above.

  • One adult may accompany only 2 children (8 to 11 yrs old).

• The maximum number per program is 8 participants 
• Guests participating in the Dolphin Swim experience must be confident swimmers and be able to tread water and swim with a mask and snorkel 
• Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate in the experience 
• Photos are not included in the Dolphin Swim experience however they can be purchased at the Photo Counter

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING:

• Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled event 
• 50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours before the experience time 
• 100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event 
• Rescheduling must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled time 
• A charge of AED 90 per person rescheduling fee will be applied if the request is within 24 hours of the booked experience Rescheduling request is subject to availability 
• No shows are charged at the full price of the booked experience
