TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Participants of the Dolphin Encounter must arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”.
Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself
The maximum number per pod is 10 participants This experience is for all ages and swimming abilities.
All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above.
One adult may accompany only 2 children (3 to 11 yrs old).
Infants and toddlers aged 2 years old and below has complimentary access. However, they must be accompanied by a paying and participating adult at all times.
One adult may accompany only one infant or toddler (0-2 yrs old)
Photos are not included in the Dolphin Encounter however they can be purchased at the Photo Counter
CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING:
Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled event
50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours before the experience time
100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event Rescheduling must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled time
A charge of AED 90 per person rescheduling fee will be applied if the request is within 24 hours of the booked experience Rescheduling request is subject to availability
No shows are charged at the full price of the booked experience
