SHARK SNORKEL

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Shark Snorkel takes place in the Shark Lagoon at Aquaventure Waterpark 
• Participants of the experience must arrive at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time If a participant arrives 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show” 
• Our maximum group size is 5 participants 
• Participants must complete an Atlantis disclaimer form before entering the water 
• Participants must wear appropriate swimsuits and should arrive dressed and prepared to get wet Life jackets are required and will be provided 
• Participants should be aware that all our experiences are conducted in English 
• The minimum age requirement for participation in the Shark Snorkel experience is 6 years old 
• Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult 
• The accompanying adult is not required to participate in the experience with the minor under 13 years old, however, they must be present to sign the required waiver forms If the accompanying adult is a non-resort guest and is not participating in the experience, they must purchase a regular Aquaventure Waterpark admission ticket 
• Guests should make their way to the Shark Lagoon before the scheduled start time 
• Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate in the experience 
• We offer a 50% discount for People of Determination and their caregiver 
• Intoxicated participants will be refused to participate in the experience  

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING:

• Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled event 
• 50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours before the experience time 
• 100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event 
• Rescheduling must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled time 
• A charge of AED 90 per person rescheduling fee will be applied if the request is within 24 hours of the booked experience Rescheduling request is subject to availability 
• No shows are charged at the full price of the booked experience
