SHARK SAFARI

Think you've got what it takes to wade alongside the guardians of Atlantis? Equipped with a clear-glass helmet, daring explorers can come face to face with our resident sharks. This experience is located at the Shark Lagoon in Aquaventure Waterpark.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Shark Safari takes place in the Shark Lagoon at Aquaventure Waterpark 
• Participants of the experience must arrive at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time If a participant arrives 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show” 
• Our maximum group size is 4 participants 
• Participants must complete a medical history questionnaire, and an Atlantis disclaimer form before entering the water Participants must wear appropriate swimsuits and should arrive dressed and prepared to get wet 
• Participants should be aware that all our experiences are conducted in English 
• The minimum age requirement for participation in the Shark Safari experience is 10 years old 
• Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult 
• The accompanying adult is not required to participate in the experience with the minor, however, they must be present to sign the required waiver forms 
• If the accompanying adult is a non-resort guest and is not participating in the experience, they must purchase a regular Aquaventure Waterpark admission ticket 
• Guests should make their way to the Shark Lagoon before the scheduled start time 
• After experiencing Shark Safari, a 12-hour minimum interval is required before any high- altitude excursion (300 metres or more), such as The Dubai Balloon, flying, a helicopter ride, a visit to the top of Burj Khalifa or Sky Diving 
• Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate in the experience 
• Not suitable for any guests who are claustrophobic, have a fear of confined spaces or a fear of being surrounded by marine life 
• We offer a 50% discount for People of Determination and their caregiver. 
• The ability to participate in the Shark Safari experience is subject to the completion of the medical questionnaire as well as the ability to climb up and down the entry ladder with the Shark Safari helmet, independently and without assistance Intoxicated participants will be refused to participate in the experience
