“Omakase” (pronounced oh-mah-kah-seh) means “I leave it up to you” in Japanese.

It’s a traditional and special way of dining where guests trust the chef to select and prepare a multi-course tasting experience. There is no fixed menu to choose from. Instead, the chef curates each dish using the freshest seasonal ingredients, creating a memorable journey of flavor, presentation, and surprise.

Signature Omakase – AED 595 per person
The Signature Omakase features Nobu’s renowned signature dishes, offered across all Nobu locations worldwide. This is presented as a 7-course tasting menu. May include highlights such as:

Highlights Bites, Yellowtail Jalapeño, Chef’s Sushi Selection, Rock Shrimp Tempura Creamy Spicy, Black Cod Miso, Meat Course and dessert

Dubai Premium Omakase – AED 795 per person
Dubai Omakase is an upscale, seasonal tasting experience exclusive to Dubai, a 7-course menu thoughtfully curated by our chef, with dishes that change based on ingredient availability. May include highlights such as:

Chef’s curated menu, featuring selections from appetizers through to dessert

7 Guests and above are served on a sharing basis.

An À La Carte Beverage Menu is available. List includes sake, wine, and cocktail pairings to complement the meal.

There is no Omakase menu shared in advance. As part of the experience, guests entrust the chef to create a seasonal selection based on the freshest ingredients and creative inspiration. Additional à la carte dishes may still be ordered after the tasting.
