ABOUT THE CHEF

Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, born on March 10, 1949, is a celebrated Japanese chef and restaurateur renowned for his innovative fusion of traditional Japanese cuisine with Peruvian influences. His iconic Black Cod in Miso has become a signature dish recognized worldwide. Over the years, he has established a global presence with restaurants bearing his name across multiple countries.

AGE POLICY

Main Dining & Terrace Seating:
- Families with children below 10 years old may reserve family seating only at 18:00 or 18:30 and must vacate by 20:30.
- Families with children aged 10 and above are welcome to make reservations at any available time.
Bar Counter: Strictly for guests aged 21 and above. National dress is not permitted.
Nobu Privé: Access is strictly limited to guests aged 21 and above.

ELEVATED GUEST EXPERIENCES

SPECIAL OCCASIONS

Guests celebrating special occasions will receive a complimentary dessert. The occasion should be mentioned at the time of booking.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested. Same-day arrangements are subject to availability, but the team will strive to make the celebration special.
Guests may bring their own cake for a charge of AED 35 per person. A waiver form will need to be signed upon arrival. Informing the team 24–48 hours in advance is recommended to ensure smooth arrangements.
Personalized cakes and flower bouquet arrangements are available at an additional charge. Requests must be coordinated directly with the restaurant team.
Table decoration requests, such as flower petals, cannot be accommodated.

Note: In case guest request to order a cake from Atlantis, it requires 3 days to arrange. (cake is from Nobu from the pastry team).

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Reservations are highly recommended to secure seating and guarantee a pleasant dining experience.
Credit card details are required to confirm reservations for external guests, while in-house guests may reserve without providing card details.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. A fee of AED 150 per person will be charged to the card on file for late cancellations or no-shows.
In-house guests who wish to walk in without a reservation will be accommodated based on availability.
External guests without reservations may be accommodated based on availability; however, please note that entry to the property might not be guaranteed without a booking confirmation.

Dress Code for Dinner: Smart Elegant

Gentlemen are requested to wear the following:
Long trousers or smart jeans
T-shirts with sleeves, shirts with collar, or jackets
Closed shoes
UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is welcomed and considered appropriate for the venue.

Table Holding Time

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Guests arriving later than 15 minutes are requested to call the restaurant in advance.
The reservation may be re-allocated to a later timing based on availability.
If no suitable timing is available, seating will be offered based on available tables upon arrival.

GROUP INFORMATION

Group Size:

Group requests for 6–10 guests are subject to availability on SevenRooms; please check access rules for lunch and dinner.
For more than 10 guests, contact the restaurant directly for availability.

Booking Guarantee:

Group bookings of 13 guests or more, as well as exclusive hire inquiries, should be directed to the restaurant for handling.
The group is required to commit to a set menu.
