ABOUT THE CHEF

Chef Andy Toh is Malaysian-born chef of Chinese heritage has carved his unique identity in the culinary world since he was 13. Celebrated for his use of traditional techniques with very contemporary results, Chef Andy’s food celebrates the very best ingredients to highlight Hakkasan’s authentic yet modern philosophy.

AGE POLICY

Main Dining & Terrace Seating:
- Families with children below 10 years old may reserve family seating only at 18:00 or 18:30, and must vacate by 20:30.
- Families with children aged 10 and above are welcome to make reservations at any available time.
Bar Counter: Strictly for guests aged 21 and above. National dress is not permitted.

OPERATIONAL HOURS

The restaurant operates daily from 18:00 until 23:30.

Last order for all set menus (including Summer set menu): 23:00
Last Drink Order: 00:45

The dining experience is for 2 hours. For guests reserving the last seating, the last food and beverage order time should be clearly communicated in advance to manage expectations, particularly in case of late arrival.

Guests who wish to enjoy drinks only at the Bar Area may walk in, subject to seat availability. The dress code policy remains applicable at all times.

Birthday Cake (Dark Chocolate with Mandarin & Jasmine)

Guests celebrating special occasions will receive personalized birthday/anniversary/greeting cards signed by the team. The occasion should be mentioned at the time of booking.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested. Same-day arrangements are subject to availability, but the team will strive to make the celebration special.
Personalized cakes and flower arrangements are available at an additional charge. Requests must be coordinated directly with the restaurant team. (Bouquet/Flower orders can be placed until 21:00hrs on the same day.)
Guests may bring their own cake from outside, subject to signing a waiver form at the restaurant.
Table decoration requests, such as flower petals can be accommodated upon request on an additional charge.
The restaurant should be notified about any of the special requests at least 24 hours in advance.

SEATING

Seating preferences are accommodated based on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance; however, requests for seating preferences are noted on the reservation.

The restaurant has an all-indoor seating.

Main Dining
Lounge: 7 dining tables and 2 tables designated for drinks, providing a comfortable and stylish setting for both dining and socializing.
Bar: Offers 12 seats and is the perfect spot to enjoy crafted cocktails and premium drinks.

The floor plan is intended to help understand the restaurant’s areas and seating layout; however, it should not be shared with guests.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is only permitted at the bar for guests aged 21 and above. A valid original ID or passport might be required.

ENTERTAINMENT

A resident DJ performs every Thursday to Saturday from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Reservations are highly recommended to secure seating and guarantee a pleasant dining experience.
Credit card details are required to confirm reservations for external guests, while in-house guests may reserve without providing card details.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. A fee of AED 150 per person will be charged to the card on file for late cancellations or no-shows.
In-house guests who wish to walk in without a reservation will be accommodated based on availability.
External guests without reservations may be accommodated based on availability; however, please note that entry to the property might not be guaranteed without a booking confirmation.

Dress Code: Smart Casual

Gentlemen are requested to wear the following:
Long trousers or smart jeans
T-shirts with sleeves
Closed shoes
UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is welcomed and considered appropriate for the venue.
The following dress code are not permitted:
Shorts
Swimwear or beachwear
Sportswear
Sleeveless shirts
Flip-flops
Caps
Open-toed shoes (For gentlemen)
Children must follow the same dress code as adults.

Table Holding Time

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Guests arriving later than 15 minutes are requested to call the restaurant in advance.
The reservation may be re-allocated to a later timing based on availability.
If no suitable timing is available, seating will be offered based on available tables upon arrival.

GROUP INFORMATION

Group bookings of 8 guests and above, as well as exclusive hire inquiries, should be directed to the restaurant for handling.
