For guests reserving the last seating, the last food order time should be communicated to set expectations, especially in case of late arrival.

Guests who wish to have only drinks at the bar may walk in, subject to availability; however, the same dress code policy applies.

Allergies/ Dietary Requirements:

Guests should inform the restaurant of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior to their booking.
A vegetarian menu is also available upon request. A 48-hour advance notice is still requested.
The restaurant is unable to accommodate specific requirements such as kosher and vegan.
If a guest has multiple dietary requirements or allergies, the restaurant should be consulted to ensure their needs can be accommodated. Allergies, in particular, can be life-threatening and must be handled with the utmost care.

ELEVATED GUEST EXPERIENCES

Special Occasions:

Guests celebrating special occasions receive a complimentary personalized card with a printed message or the guest's own handwriting.
For birthday and anniversary celebrations, guests will also receive a complimentary celebratory dessert. Messages can only be added on the card.
A 24 hours’ advance notice is required to arrange the complimentary dessert and message; the occasion should be mentioned at the time of booking.
While same-day arrangements for the complimentary cards and desserts are not guaranteed, the team will do its best to make the celebration special.

Personalized Cakes:

Comes with additional charge.
The available cake flavors are chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet.
2D Cakes: Min. Order of 1kg | 1kg is AED 220 | 72 hours' notice required
3D Cakes: Min. Order of 2kg | 1kg is AED 295 | 4 days’ notice required
1kg of cake will feed around 6 guests.
Price may vary depending on the technicality of the job.
For both 2D and 3D cakes, before agreeing with the guest, please first confirm with Central Pastry.

SEATING

Seating preferences are accommodated based on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance; however, requests for seating preferences are noted on the reservation.

The restaurant has an all-indoor seating with only round tables.

Main Dining
Front Row Tables: Can only be confirmed with Diver Arrangement.
Bar & Lounge: Walk-in basis and subject to availability upon arrival at the restaurant.

The floor plan is intended to help understand the restaurant’s areas and seating layout; however, it should not be shared with guests.

SMOKING POLICY

The entire restaurant, including the bar lounge, is a non-smoking area.

Guests who wish to enjoy drinks and smoke after dining may visit the nearby Arabian Terrace on a walk-in basis, subject to availability.

ENTERTAINMENT

Guests dine to soft background music while enjoying captivating views of the marine life at the Lost World Aquarium, creating a serene and immersive atmosphere.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

A full pre-payment is required to confirm dinner reservations for both inhouse and external guests.
For any in-house guest reservation at Ossiano made 24 hours in advance or more, if the booking remains unpaid and the guest does not show up, the full prepayment amount will be charged to the guest’s room.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance prior to the reservation.
Reservations are fully non-refundable in cases of amendments, no-shows, or late cancellations.

Dress Code: Elegant

Gentlemen are requested to wear the following:
Shirts with sleeves
Long trousers
Closed shoes
Ladies are requested to wear heels or closed-toe shoes.
UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is welcomed and considered appropriate for the venue.
The following dress code are not permitted:
Swimwear or beachwear
Sportswear
Shorts
Sleeveless shirts
Flip-flops
Caps & Hats
Open-toed shoes (For gentlemen)
Children must follow the same dress code as adults.

Table Holding Time

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Guests arriving later than 15 minutes are requested to call the restaurant in advance.

GROUP INFORMATION

Group bookings for 7 guests and above, as well as exclusive hire inquiries should be directed to the restaurant for handling.
