ATR Water Bottle Request Guidelines
Overview
All guestrooms are initially set up with filtered artisan water prior to guest arrival, unless the guest profile or traces indicate a preference for a specific water brand.
During the Guest Stay
While filtered artisan water is the default option, some guests may request an alternative water brand during their stay. In these cases:
Acqua Panna will be provided as the alternative water option.
Handling Guest Requests for Water
Standard Request:
If a guest calls to request additional water, kindly submit request for filtered artisan waterSpecific Alternative Request:
If the guest specifically asks for an alternative, kindly offer Acqua Panna and submit the request in Amadeus accordingly.
Important Notes:
Always check the guest profile or traces for any noted preferences before confirming.
Never assume the guest wants an alternative brand unless they request it.
