ABOUT THE CHEF

Chef Costas Spiliadis, founder of Estiatorio Milos, is renowned for elevating Greek cuisine worldwide with a focus on simplicity, purity, and fresh seafood. Since opening the first Milos in Montreal in 1979, his brand has expanded to cities like New York, London, and now Dubai at Atlantis, The Royal. Milos Dubai offers a modern, Aegean-inspired setting with market-fresh seafood, signature dishes, and warm Mediterranean hospitality, continuing Chef Spiliadis’s legacy of authentic, sustainable Greek dining.

AGE POLICY

Main Dining & Terrace Seating:

Families with children below 10 years old may reserve family seating only between 18:00 - 19:00 and must vacate by 21:00.
Families with children aged 10 and above are welcome to make reservations at any available time.

Bar Counter: Strictly for guests aged 21 and above. National dress is not permitted.

For guests reserving the last seating, the last food and beverage order time should be clearly communicated in advance to manage expectations, particularly in case of late arrival.

Guests who wish to enjoy drinks only at the Bar may walk in, subject to seat availability. The dress code policy remains applicable at all times.

Guests receive a dining credit of AED 365/Adult and AED 182.50/Child per night, applicable to food only.
If the bill exceeds the dining credit, the additional amount will be chargeable.

Allergies/ Dietary Requirements:

Guests are encouraged to inform the restaurant of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 24 hours in advance.
Vegan, halal can be accommodated. (No kosher food available at ATR restaurants)
The restaurant is flexible and will make every effort to accommodate same-day notifications, advance notice is preferred for complex allergies.

ELEVATED GUEST EXPERIENCES

Special Occasions:

Guests celebrating special occasions will receive a complimentary signature chocolate dessert.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested. Same-day arrangements are subject to availability, but the team will strive to make the celebration special.
Personalized cakes and flower bouquet arrangements are available at an additional charge. Requests must be coordinated directly with the restaurant team.
- Bouquets can be ordered before 22:00hrs on the same day.
- Cakes must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance.
Table decoration requests, such as flower petals, cannot be accommodated.
Should guests wish to bring their own cake, a waiver form must be signed.

SEATING

Seating preferences are noted on the reservation and accommodated based on availability but cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Indoor Seating

Regular seating available inside the restaurant.

Terrace

A minimum spend of AED 850 per person will be applied from 18:30hrs onwards. If a guest holds a reservation at 18:00hrs or 18:15hrs but arrives at or after 18:30hrs, the minimum spend will still be applicable.
The minimum spend policy applies to guests aged 12 years and above only.

Private Dining Room

When receiving a request for the Private Dining Room, please inform the guest that a minimum spend applies.
Collect full details and forward the request to the Milos team for further assistance.

Bar Lounge

Available on a walk-in basis only.
Seating is subject to availability upon arrival.
Fully non-smoking area

The floor plan is intended to help understand the restaurant’s areas and seating layout; however, it should not be shared with guests.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area located on the terrace. Cigarettes, cigars, and shisha are not offered at the venue.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Reservations are strongly advised to secure seating and guarantee a pleasant dining experience.

Lunch:

No credit card details are required to confirm lunch reservations, for both in-house and external guests.

Dinner:

Credit card details are required to confirm dinner reservations for external guests. In-house guests may reserve without providing card details.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance prior to the reservation.
A charge of AED 150 per person will apply to the card on file in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

In-house guests who wish to walk in without a reservation will be accommodated based on availability.

External guests without reservations may be accommodated based on availability; however, please note that entry to the property might not be guaranteed without a booking confirmation.

Dress Code for Lunch & Dinner: Smart Casual

Gentlemen are requested to wear the following:
Tailored shorts or smart jeans
T-shirts with sleeves
All types of closed shoes (no open shoes)
UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is welcomed and considered appropriate for the venue.
The following dress code are not permitted:
Swimwear or beachwear
Sportswear
Sleeveless shirts
Flip-flops
Caps
Children must follow the same dress code as adults.

Table Holding Time

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Guests arriving later than 15 minutes are requested to call the restaurant in advance.
The reservation may be re-allocated to a later timing based on availability.
If no suitable timing is available, seating will be offered based on available tables upon arrival.

GROUP INFORMATION

Group Size: Reservation requests for 10 guests and up to 35 guests, requests should be forwarded to the Milos team. For groups exceeding 35 guests, requests must be directed to the F&B Events Team
Booking Guarantee: Group bookings, as well as exclusive hire inquiries, should be directed to the restaurant for handling.
