DOLPHIN SUNRISE

Early morning risers can enjoy this idyllic programme with the Marine Mammal Specialist at the Dolphin Bay beach to learn all about the dolphins in a fun and playful way. Get your day started when the incredible dolphins are their most active and be prepared to get your feet wet.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Participants of the Dolphin Sunrise experience must arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. 
• Pick-up from Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza or The Royal Ticketing Plaza will be 15 minutes before the experience start time If a participant arrives 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show” 
• Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself 
• This experience is for participants all ages 
• The maximum number is 15 participants 
• Photos are not included in the experience however you are permitted to take photos from the dry beach area  

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING:

• Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled event 
• 50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours before the experience time 
• 100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event Rescheduling must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled time 
• A charge of AED 90 per person rescheduling fee will be applied if the request is within 24 hours of the booked experience Rescheduling request is subject to availability 
• No shows are charged at the full price of the booked experience
