TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Ray Feeding takes place in the Shark Lagoon at Aquaventure Waterpark 
• Participants of the experience must arrive at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time If a participant arrives 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show” 
• The maximum group size is 5 participants 
• One adult can supervise up to 4 children 
• Pre-booking is recommended and must include pre-payment, however, walk-ins will still be accommodated is spaces are available and within the time frame of transit 
• Participants should be aware that all our experiences are conducted in English 
• Participants must wear appropriate swimming attire and should arrive dressed and prepared to get wet, avoiding large rings or bracelets 
• The minimum age requirement for participation in the Ray Feeding experience is 6 years old, with a minimum height of 1.2 metres 
• If a participant is a non-resort guest their Aquaventure Waterpark ticket is included and will be issued to them at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza. 
• For Atlantis resort guests, complimentary admission to Aquaventure Waterpark is available 
• Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years old or above for the full duration of the experience If the adult is only an observer of the programme they will not be allowed to participate in the water during the experience. 
• If the adult is a non-resort guest they will be required to pay a regular Aquaventure Waterpark admission ticket 
• This ticket can be purchased upon check-in at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza or online 
• Participants will be handling seafood to feed our animals 
• Please declare if the participant has any allergies or religious concerns with seafood 
• Guests should make their way to the Shark Lagoon before the scheduled start time 
• We offer a 50% discount for People of Determination and their caregiver 
• Intoxicated participants will be refused to participate in the experience

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING:

• Full refund if reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours or more prior to scheduled event 
• 50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours prior to interaction time 
• 100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled event 
• Rescheduling must be made with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours prior to schedule time 
• A charge of AED 90 per person rescheduling fee will be applied if request is within 24 hours of booked interaction Rescheduling request is subject to availability 
• No Shows are charged full price of booked interaction
