Bring your little ones on this family-friendly programme to get an up-close look at starfish, sea cucumbers and baby sharks in the shallow water of the Shark Lagoon. You will also get the chance to feed baby rays and learn how we care for them.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Participants of the programme must arrive at the Lost World Aquarium entrance at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered as a “no show” If a participant is a non-resort guest, their Aquaventure Waterpark ticket is included and will be issued to them at the Lost World Aquarium. 
• For Atlantis resort guests, complimentary admission to Aquaventure Waterpark is available 
• All participants must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years old or above for the full duration of the programme 
• If the adult is only an observer of the programme they will not be allowed to participate in the water during the programme. If the adult is a nonresort guest, they will be required to pay a regular Aquaventure Waterpark admission ticket. 
• This ticket can be purchased upon check-in at the Lost World Aquarium or online 
• The maximum number per programme is 6 participants 
• One adult can supervise up to 4 children 
• Pre-booking is recommended and must include pre-payment; however, however; walk-ins will still be accommodated if spaces are available and within the time frame of transit 
• The programme is fully delivered in English Participants must be a minimum of 3 years old to participate in this programme Participants must be dressed in appropriate swimwear upon arrival at Aquaventure’s Shark Lagoon and must be prepared to get wet and be comfortable in knee-deep water 
• Participants will be handling seafood to feed our animals 
• Please declare if the participant has any allergies or religious concerns with seafood 
• Marine Educator will escort guests by buggy to Aquaventure’s Shark Lagoon  

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING:

• Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled event 
• Failure to give 24 hours advance notice will result in a rescheduling request not being granted and no refund shall be issued 50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours before the experience time 
• 100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event 
• Rescheduling must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled time 
• A charge of AED 90 per person rescheduling fee will be applied if the request is within 24 hours of the booked experience Rescheduling request is subject to availability 
• No shows are charged at the full price of the booked experience
