DOLPHIN SPECIALIST

Become a dolphin specialist as you join our Marine Mammal Specialists to learn what it takes to care for our resident dolphins at Atlas Village. Experience first-hand how to prepare food, participate in physical health examinations and take part in a up close training session with one of the resident dolphins.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Participants of the programme must arrive at the Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show” 
• Pre-booking is recommended and must include pre-payment 
• The maximum number per programme is 5 participants 
• Participants must be a minimum of 8 years old and maximum of 14 years old to participate in this programme 
• A Parent or Guardian must sign the Registration and Release form and bring the form with them on the day of the programme Photo and video recording are not allowed during the programme, however, a resort photographer will accompany the participants during their experience. 
• These photos are available afterwards for purchase. 
• One photo is complimentary and included in the programme 
• The programme is fully delivered in English Participants must be comfortable having contact with dolphins 
• Participants are not permitted to carry any kind of jewellery or loose articles during the programme 
• Participants need to wear fully covered shoes (no flip flops or sandals which expose toes or heels) 
• No Parents or Guardians will be permitted to accompany the participants and therefore must be self-sufficient 
• Participants will be handling seafood. 
• Please declare if the participant has any allergies or religious concerns with seafood  

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING 

• Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled event 
• 50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours before the experience time 
• 100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event 
• Rescheduling must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled time 
• A charge of AED 90 per person rescheduling fee will be applied if the request is within 24 hours of the booked experience Rescheduling request is subject to availability 
• No shows are charged at the full price of the booked experience
