PREDATOR DIVE

This brave quest is the ultimate way to get breathtakingly close to our sharks and rays. Hand-feed the legends of the deep in an aquarium famed for its amazing depth and marine diversity.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Predator Dive takes place in the Ambassador Lagoon at the Lost World Aquarium
• Participants of the experience must arrive at the Lost World Aquarium entrance at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show” Our maximum group size is 4 participants 
• Participants must have a current SCUBA certification card from a reputable Dive organization, including, but not limited to PADI, NAUI, CMAS, BSAC, or SSI 
• Please note the following items of equipment are not permitted: dive knives, spearguns and flashlights 
• Participants must complete a medical history questionnaire and an Atlantis disclaimer form before entering the water Participants must wear appropriate swimsuits and should arrive dressed and prepared to get wet 
• Wetsuits are required and will be provided 
• Participants should be aware that all our experiences are conducted in English 
• The minimum age requirement for participation in the Predator Dive is 10 years old 
• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 
• If an adult does not participate in the experience with the minor, the adult must ensure to be present upon entry and exit of the experience, having given signed consent to Dive staff in advance 
• After experiencing Predator Dive, a 12-hour minimum interval is required before any high-altitude excursion (300 meters or more), such as The Dubai Balloon, flying, a helicopter ride, a visit to the top of Burj Khalifa or Sky Diving 
• Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate in the experience 
• Not suitable for any guests who are claustrophobic, have a fear of confined spaces or fear of being surrounded by marine life 
• We offer a 50% discount for People of Determination and their caregiver. 
• The ability to participate in the Predator Dive experience is subject to the completion of the medical questionnaire Intoxicated participants will be refused to participate in the experience  

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING:

• Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled event 
• 50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours before the experience time 
• 100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event 
• Rescheduling must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled time 
• A charge of AED 90 per person rescheduling fee will be applied if the request is within 24 hours of the booked experience Rescheduling request is subject to availability 
• No shows are charged at the full price of the booked experience
