Bill Copy Requests – Guest Communication Guidelines

Guests may contact us via phone or email to request a copy of their bill following a recent stay. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure all requests are handled appropriately and in line with our data privacy standards.


Key Procedures:

  • Outstanding Bills – In-House Guests:

    • Confirm whether the guest prefers a soft copy or hard copy of their bill.

    • Create a task in Amadeus for the appropriate Reception Team to prepare and send the bill accordingly.

    • A soft copy will be shared to the registered email address in Opera.
