Early Check-In or Late Check Out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. While we are happy to note the anticipated arrival time, early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur an additional fee due to high occupancy.

To guarantee immediate room access upon arrival, we recommend reserving the room for the preceding night.

Alternatively, we can securely store their luggage, allowing the guests to utilize the hotel's facilities while awaiting room readiness or their departure transportation.

To store the luggage, we need the guest to be present for an inspection of the bags before they are stored.

Guests are welcome to enjoy our facilities, including the pool and beach, the Lost World Aquarium, retail outlets, hospitality lounge and restaurants.

ATP Guests - If a guest is checking out and requests a late check-out to freshen up, kindly inform them that indoor shower facilities are available at Palm Pool, with two locations: one near The Edge and one near The Shore. Each location has separate showers for male and female guests. The shower rooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, providing a comfortable option to freshen up before departure without the need for a late check-out. (Please note that the showers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, as there is only one shower designated for females and one for males in each area.)

ATR Guests - If a guest is checking out and requests a late check-out to freshen up, please inform them that outdoor shower facilities are available at the Royal Pool, along with convenient changing rooms. Alternatively, Nobu by the Beach offers indoor shower and changing facilities. The shower and changing room is fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and there are 2 hair dryers, providing a comfortable and convenient option to freshen up before departure—eliminating the need for a late check-out. (Please note that these facilities and amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis )

Departing guests may access the water park for a special rate of AED 55 per person, while early arriving guests enjoy complimentary access.

Note: Aquaventure access remains based on the number of nights stayed (i.e., one access per night). However, if an in-house guest requests access on their checkout day and has already used their allocated access, the Front Office team may assist by providing a one-time pass for the same day. Please note that while this is offered as a goodwill gesture from Atlantis, it should not be proactively promoted. This information should only be shared if a guest inquiry about additional access.
