ATD Visitor Guests Policy

Created by Shirin Pazyl, Modified on Wed, 18 Jun at 5:09 PM by Shahina Khan

A visitor is anyone who is not registered as a staying guest but comes to the property to meet or accompany a guest.

May include friends, family, business associates etc.

Visitor Guests rules at ATP:

Guest needs to carry original passport or ID to check-in at the reception to visit another guest in the hotel room. The visitor guest needs to provide correct room number and the full name of the inhouse, in order for FO team to verify and call the inhouse guest to check if he is expecting any visitor guests.
If everything is verified and confirmed by inhouse guest, FO team will issue a Visitor Pass, and the visitor guest can go up to the room by her/himself.
If the inhouse guest did not answer the call, the pass will not be given until we confirm with the inhouse guest.

Visitor Guests at ATR:

Same process as in ATP. Only difference is that FO doesn’t provide any “Visitor pass” but escorts the visitor guest till the lift, so they can go up to the room.

For both properties, for visitors after 10PM, inhouse guest needs to come down and take their guest with themselves.
Note, guest can host their visitors either in the hotel rooms or restaurants. For restaurants and any other resort facilities, reservation, charges and visitor’s policy will apply.
