TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Guests under 12 years old should be accompanied by an adult for the Lost World Aquarium admission 
• Child price applies to guests between 3 and 7 years old 
• Adult price applies to guests 8 years old and above 
• Children 2 years old and below have complimentary access 
• In our Marine Animal Experiences, participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 
• If an adult does not participate in the experience with the minor, the adult must ensure to be present upon entry and exit of the experience, having given signed consent to dive staff before the programme 
• Atlantis day visitors must purchase an admission ticket to the Lost World Aquarium to participate in the Behind The Scenes Tour 
• Behind The Scenes Tour guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult 
• The maximum group size for the Behind The Scenes Tour is 10 participants 
• All marine animal experiences in the Ambassador Lagoon include FREE same-day access to the Lost World Aquarium All our fun and educational dolphin and sea lion experiences include same day discounted admission rates to the Lost World Aquarium 
• The Lost World Aquarium is committed to providing the best possible experience for People of Determination. 
• Guests can contact us in advance for information on the accessibility of our activities and facilities depending on their individual needs. 
• We offer complimentary admission at the gate to those with a disability card and their caregiver. 
• Additionally, up to two accompanying guests can receive a 50% discount on admission and select activities. 
• Guests requiring assistance can contact a staff member upon arrival, who will be able to assist.
